I can’t say I’ve really had a bad Priceline experience, and it continues with this store. I admittedly go here often (the woes of being a woman), and it’s consistently good. Although I’ve had to wait quite a while in the past for a staff member to free the eyelashes from their impaled prison. There’s not usually a lot of staff here, so probably not the best Priceline for needing advice.
This store has a great and best customer service.
I was shopping with my toddler so customer service to get things done right and smoothly is pretty high on my list. Imogen was brilliant! extremely helpful and gave me all the tips to get the products applied like a pro.

Huge wait to unlock lashes and this Asian girl went and helped the abg who was after me and ignored me first and was condescending when I picked my eyelashes and was not helpful. The other workers seem nice but this was a bad experience
I wanted some products, though unfortunately they had changed the shop around & after a brief checking still couldn't find them, I will return & ask an assistant to help as I was time poor last time & couldn't wait around.
Though at different times I have been very pleased with the service.
The staff were friendly and helpful esp the young lass you was the make-up advisor.
Honestly, I found useful products that I wouldn't have thought I'd find and the range was quite comprehensive for any various type of product. Prices weren't the most amazing but considering I hadn't seen some products in any of my major retail outlets, well worth it.
The staff doing checkout though was plainly bored and inattentive and made mistakes when trying to check out my goods, ones I had to point out to avoid being charged with goods that were part of an customers previous purchase! With a minimal workload and small customer number, it was shoddy and inexcusable of the checkout staff member.
Worst customer service. Stood there trying to get the attention of staff for a good 10 minutes. Ended up just walking out, cause clearly they do not want my money
